ThinkGeek has outdone itself in the prank department

Have you been thinking about what to get your kids for their next birthday or Christmas? Well, the guys over at ThinkGeek have you in mind.

The online novelty gift company has just announced their new "Playmobil Apple Store Playset." With more than 60 small pieces in a miniaturized Apple Store, the playset "introduces children to the magic of Apple," according to ThinkGeek. And what's great is that it's only $179.99!

OK, before you start complaining about such a trivial item, it's not real. This is just the annual retail prank gag that ThinkGeek does every April 1. And this is one of the best yet. You can't actually buy the playset. Once you click on "Buy Now," you are taken to a page that says, "Gotcha! Happy April Fool's Day!" The page also has links to other April Fool's items from the past. You can even vote on which item(s) you would like to see become reality.

That's right, from the Edible Gummy iPhone Case to The Original Plate Shirt, you can send an e-mail to ThinkGeek and let them know which faux products you'd like to actually own. Check it out for a good laugh.
